The Perceptions of Head's Room and Team Leader About Workload and Nurse Planning for Every Shift in Tasikmalaya City Hospital

The quality of nursing care services can achieve optimal results if the workload and existing nurse resources have a balanced proportion. Currently, is still unsatisfactory influenced by various problems including planning scheduling staff at each service shift. purpose this study was to identify perception head’s room team leader about shift in Tasikmalaya City Hospital. showed that were mostly 20 nurses (51.3%) with good categories. survey using questionnaire stated daily seemed make tired bored. Planning for shift, according leader, should be adjusted their environment. Therefore, it recommended adjustments meet needs staff. analysis done so placement inpatient improve health services, especially services.
